Product knowledge and courteous service are imperative attributes for all employees at Chicago Game & Gourmet. Customer account preference is equally important to us. Monday through Thursday, staff is available from 7:30am to 4:00pm CT and Friday from 6am - 2pm CT to speak with you directly. We can be reached by voice-mail or e-mail anytime.
While doing our utmost to meet your requirement, we ask that you respect the following conditions:
Availability of Products
We source our products from all over the world and, hard as we try to avoid out-of-stock conditions, all products are subject to availability. When such situations occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We do not accept credit cards. All orders will be delivered/shipped C.O.D. until CGG credit has been established. Credit will only be approved with a completed CGG credit application. CGG reserves the right to deny credit at their discretion. All past due accounts will be delivered/shipped C.O.D. with all or part of the past due included with the current purchase. Overdraft checks will result in a charge of $35 added to the account.
Chicago Game & Gourmet has NO MINIMUMS on orders. That said, we have a delivery fee of $10.00 for all orders that are below $100 within the city or below $250 for the Chicago suburbs. We deliver via our own trucks within the Chicago metropolitan area. We ship orders to anywhere in the continental US via common carriers. Please ask us for more specific rates and time-in-transit that would apply to your location.
For Chicago-Metro Orders: All orders of in-stock products must be received by 12 noon for that same day's delivery within city limits. All orders of in-stock products must be received by 8am for that same day's delivery to the suburbs.
For Out-of-Town Orders: All orders of in-stock products must be received by 2pm for same day's shipping.
Please be aware that all our meat processors must have custom-cut orders no later than 10:00am for fulfillment on the same day regardless of the destination.
Chicago Game & Gourmet stands behind the quality and consistency of our products. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, please call us immediately so that we can discuss the situation. We will remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify CGG within 24 hours of the delivery of a problem on all fresh and frozen products and within 48 hours of the delivery of a problem on all dry goods. However, it is not possible to credit custom-cut product that cannot be returned to our vendor, product that it out of its original packaging or product that is not in the original form as it was delivered.
