We want your experience with to be the best that it can be so we are now offering direct delivery to your home or business within a general 25 mile radius of Chicago Game & Gourmet. We delivery in state of the art refrigerated vehicles and our courteous delivery drivers always do their best to respect your special delivery instructions. So if you need your package left on your front porch, with the front desk or you need a call before we attempt your delivery, we are here to help get you your order whatever it takes.

Your package may include Dry-Ice. Here’s what you need to know.

Your delivery may contain frozen meats and other frozen products that should be placed in the freezer or refrigerator upon delivery. Your shipment may contain dry ice (often dissipated by the time of arrival) to keep products frozen during transit. If there is any dry ice left in the shipping container, avoid contact with your bare skin. Use gloves or oven mitts to dispose of it or simply leave the dry ice in the container and allow it to dissipate naturally. It is normal for all of the dry ice to have dissipated by the time you receive your shipment. Your products should be frozen or chilled when you open the package.
