Made from fresh roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, parsley stems, and bay leaves, this rich and savory reduction is perfect for enhancing poultry dishes, soups, and sauces with deep, roasted flavors.

Heating Instructions:

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at 0–15°F until ready to use.
  2. Thawing:
    • Thaw under refrigeration at or below 40°F for 12–24 hours.
    • Once thawed, the product can be stored under refrigeration for up to 14 days.
  3. Heating:
    • Place the thawed tub in a pot of boiling water or a steamer.
    • Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
