Venison meat has a beautiful intense red color, is extremely lean, bold flavored, packed with protein, low in saturated fat and is rich in essential nutrients like iron, zinc, and B vitamins.  Our venison comes from family owned farms in the United States and New Zealand. The deer are raised free-range, feeding in the pristine pastures and are always free of antibiotics, hormones and genetically engineered feed.
