Where do we source our meat?
We source our meat items from all over the world. (Venison from New Land, Lamb from Australia and Wild Boar from Texas). We ONLY get our meats from reputable sources and farm that are properly licensed and inspected. We are happy to inform you about where the meats that you have purchased or that you are interested in come from. We NEVER get any of our meats from hunters or trappers. This is practice highly illegal, morally irresponsible and unethical.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous united states. We’re sorry – we do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.
Can I purchase from you for my restaurant or food business?

Why can't I get my order shipped to arrive for Monday?
Due to the perishable nature of our shipments, we do not ship products over the weekend. The first possible available delivery day of the week is Tuesday.
If there is an issue with my order what can I do?
We ask you to notify us of problem right away so that we can address any issues immediately. Please call us at 312-455-1800 Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm CST or email us at: email@example.com
Is your meat shipped fresh or frozen?
We ship all of our meats frozen unless noted otherwise.
How do you ship your products?
We use UPS, FedEx and other couriers for our shipping couriers. Products are packaged in an insulated corrugated shipping box with enough dry ice and/or gel ice to ensure safe delivery.
My product was still cold but not frozen when I received it, what do I do?
If upon arrival any product has reached you at refrigerator temperature and is cold to the touch, it should be placed refrigerator and in most cases the product should be safe to consume. If upon arrival any product has reached you at room temperature and is no longer cool to the touch, please contact right away so that we can address any issues immediately. In most cases we will have you discard the product.
Do I have to be home in order to receive my delivery?
We highly recommend scheduling delivery when someone will be present to receive the delivery. However, we have instructed all of our couriers to release packages whenever safe to do so. Please keep this in mind when sending a gift.
How long are your meats good for in the freezer? And once thawed how long do I have before I need to consume them?
As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature, our steaks, roasts and chops can last 12/18 months in the freezer. Once the meat has thawed we recommend that you consume it within 3 days. You may also choose to re-freeze most game/red meats however the flavor may diminish in time. We do not recommend to re-freeze poultry or seafood.
What are your retail store hours?
Our retail store is currently open Monday - Friday from 7am-3pm CST. However if you can't make it during our normal business hours please let us know and we'll try our hardest to help accomodate your needs. Call us at 1-312-455-1800
