Python Pappardelle in a Roasted Tomato Cream Sauce

Directions

1. Cook your pasta: Bring Medium sized pot up of water up to a boil. Once water is boiling, throw in your fresh (or box) Pasta and cook until done.

2. Prepare sausage: Take sausage out of casing, cut casing down the middle and remove the ground sausage.

3. Brown Sausage: Put ground sausage into a small sauce pan and cook until brown.

4. Cook Aromatics: In same pan add chopped garlic and onion. Saute until aromatics are lightly colored.

5. Deglaze the pan: Pour the stock and deglaze; scrape up any brown bits clinging to the bottom of the pan.

6. Build the sauce: Add cream and tomatoes into the pan. Once sauce has thickened add in powdered cheese.

7. Finish the plate: Combine drained pasta with sauce; making sure each noodle is evenly coated. Plate and garnish with your preferred herbs and or extra cheese.
