Roasted Venison Loin Steaks combine rich venison with a bold Coffee BBQ Rub. Sear and roast to medium-rare for tender flavor. Paired with Garlic Herb Roasted Vegetables, offering a hearty, savory complement, this elegant dish is perfect for special occasions or a gourmet treat at home.
2-4 Venison Loin Steaks
2 tbsp Coffee BBQ Rub
2 tbsp olive oi
Salt
Pepper
Cut 4 cups of your choice of root vegetables (asparagus, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans, sweet onions, zucchini,), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Garlic Herb Blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Rub the venison loin steaks with olive oil, then coat generously with Coffee BBQ Rub.
Heat an ovenproof skillet or cast iron pan over high heat. Sear the venison loin on all sides until browned (about 1 minute per side).
Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
Let the venison rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, Garlic Herb Blend, salt, and pepper.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
