  • Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the racks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Pan-Seared: Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat with a small amount of butter or oil. Sear the racks for 3-4 minutes on each side, creating a golden crust. Lower the heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes if needed.

Resting:

  • Let the racks rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring every bite is tender and flavorful.
