Say "HELLO" to your new favorite tacos! These Elk Steak Tacos are bursting with flavor and perfect for any occasion. Thinly sliced elk steak is marinated in avocado oil, fresh lime juice, and our custom Chile-Lime Adobo seasoning. After a quick sear, the tender strips are tucked into warm tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a dollop of Tripping Billy Salsa. Easy to make and absolutely delicious—these tacos bring something exciting and unique to the table!

1 lb. Elk Steak
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (About 1 lime)
Chile-Lime Adobo Seasoning and Marinade
Warm Flour or Corn Tortillas
Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Lime Wedges
Tripping Billy Salsa (Mild)
Tripping Billy Salsa (Hot)
In a large bowl, mix avocado oil, lime juice, Chile-Lime Adobo Seasoning
Add the elk steak, ensuring all pieces are well-coated in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove elk steak from the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Avoid overcooking to keep the meat tender.
Let the elk steak rest for 1 minute, then slice into 1/4" to 1/2" strips.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Add 4-6 elk steak strips to each tortilla.
Top with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, and a spoonful of Tripping Billy Salsa (Mild Or Hot)
